Costa Rica is known for it's high quality coffees (it's actually illegal to produce any coffee varietal that is not 100% Arabica, the highest quality type of coffee bean). Growing in volcanic soils at very high altitudes and cool temperatures give this bean a wonderful aroma, clean smooth body, and sweet acidity.
